´´Sharon Sexton and Riona O Connor are women in their 30’s trying to live the life of men in their 20’s.´´
Sharon Sexton is currently performing in Bat Out Of Hell the musical based on the music of Meatloaf and Jim Steinman set for London´s west end in 2017. She has a diverse career as a musical theatre performer, cabaret artiste and concert singer. Credits include Billy Elliot, The Commitments and Liza Minnelli in Somewhere Under The Rainbow. She recently made her debut as a playwright in A Fit Wife For A Revolutionary in London and Dublin´s Smock Alley Theatre. She is also an Artistic Director of Biscuits For Breakfast Theatre Company. When she´s not running around like a blue arsed fly, she enjoys writing comedy songs with Riona and spending time with her ridiculously cute dog Bowie.
Riona O Connor is an actor, singer, voice over artist, and songwriter. Her viral song ´The Bright Side´, a parody on the joys of motherhood, has close to 700k views on facebook! Riona currently voices many characters in Elite Dangerous for PC and Xbox One. Credits include The Commitments, Twelfth Night and Beauty and the Beast. West End Actors Sharon and Riona met in the original cast of smash hit musical The Commitments at The Palace Theatre London. While sharing a dressing room and wine en mass, they learned they also shared senses of humour and political outrage. Their first sketches led to them staring in pilot Quinn and O’Grady for RTE. They combine their fabulous hair, witty lyrics, some familiar and some original melodies to create songs and sketches about issues they are passionate about. Hobbies include placing their tongues firmly in their cheeks and attempting to grow old gracefully while acknowledging all roles will disappear as soon as they hit 40 and their sexuality shrivels up and dies.
